Are the models painted and assembled?

No. Crimson Raven Models sells unpainted and unassembled resin model kits unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Product images may include digital renders, painted examples, or reference artwork to show the finished appearance of the model. The kit you receive will require assembly and finishing.

What is included with a model kit?

Each kit includes the resin parts required to assemble the model shown in the product listing. Parts may be separated to make printing, shipping, assembly, and painting easier.

Display bases and accessories shown as part of the model are included unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Paint, glue, tools, and other modeling supplies are not included.

Are your kits 3D printed?

Yes. Our kits are produced in high-quality resin using professional 3D printing equipment.

Because these are resin model kits, some normal preparation may be required before assembly and painting, including removing support marks, light sanding, cleaning, filling small seams, or test-fitting parts.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks from the date the order is received.

Large orders, orders containing especially large kits, or orders with many individual parts may require additional processing time.

You will receive shipping information once your order has been prepared and dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available shipping method.

You will see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We regularly ship internationally and can ship to most locations serviced by our shipping partners.

International shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination and the size and weight of the package.

For customers purchasing several models, placing one larger order may be more economical than placing multiple smaller international orders.

Will I have to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes?

Possibly. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge collected by Crimson Raven Models and, when applicable, are normally collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping notification is sent.

What scale are the models?

The available scale for each model is listed on its product page.

Many of our kits are offered in popular collector scales such as 1:10, 1:8, and 1:6, while some models may be available in other scales or as unscaled maquettes.

When available, approximate finished dimensions are also provided in the product description.

Can I order a model in a different scale?

Some models may be available in additional scales.

If you are interested in a scale that is not listed on the product page, contact us before ordering to see whether it can be produced.

Custom or non-standard scale orders may be considered made-to-order and may not be eligible for return.

Do resin kits require assembly?

Yes. Our models are collector model kits rather than finished statues.

Depending on the model, assembly may involve multiple body sections, clothing, weapons, accessories, scenery, or base components.

We recommend test-fitting all parts before gluing and completing any necessary cleanup before painting.

What experience level is required?

Our kits are intended for model builders, painters, and collectors.

Some simpler busts and figures may be approachable for newer builders, while larger or more complex kits may require more experience with resin preparation, pinning, filling, assembly, and painting.

If you are unsure about a particular model, contact us before ordering and we can help you determine whether it is suitable for your experience level.

What should I do if my kit arrives damaged or has a problem?

Please inspect your kit when it arrives.

If a part is damaged, defective, missing, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the affected parts and the shipping packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned kits must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition with all parts and packaging included.

Kits that have been sanded, primed, painted, glued, modified, or otherwise worked on are not eligible for return.

Custom-scale items, personalized orders, sale or clearance items, and gift cards are not returnable.

Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend securely packaging the kit and using a trackable shipping service, as Crimson Raven Models cannot be responsible for damage or loss during return transit.

Can I exchange a model?

We do not process direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible for return, the simplest option is to complete the return process and place a new order for the model you want.

Can I cancel or change an order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate the request, but once production, packing, or shipping has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
