30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unassembled and unused

  • In original packaging

  • All parts and components included

  • Free of sanding, priming, painting, or modification

Because our products are resin model kits intended for assembly and finishing, any work performed on the kit will void return eligibility. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@crimsonravenminis.com.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the kit securely to prevent damage in transit.

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at returns@crimsonravenminis.com with photos of the issue and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items produced at non-standard scales

  • Personalized orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before purchasing or requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund, as processing times can vary.
