Twenty-three days to eat, then twenty-three years asleep. This Creeper figure model kit, sculpted by Julles Modelado, catches the roadside horror icon Jonathan Breck made permanent right in the middle of the feeding - hat brim low, coat hanging open, one hand spread and the other already holding the blade.
Under the Brim
The face is where the sculpt spends its budget, and the brim sits just high enough to let you see it: skin creased into deep folds, pale sunken eyes, spines standing out along the cheekbones and jaw, and a mouth crowded with rows of small pointed teeth behind a pair of tusks. A long hank of stringy hair falls past the collar. Below that the costume is all texture - a caped duster hanging open and shot through with holes, its hem torn to ribbons, layered strips of shirt underneath, a worn belt and heavy boots. He stands mid-stride, the left hand spread wide on long taloned fingers, the right closed around a short-handled axe whose broad crescent blade is backed by three forged tines. The two-tier base carries JEEPERS CREEPERS on a raised plate.
