Last Rites - Sister Mercy is a figure model kit with pulp noir running all the way through it. Sculpted by Vyra Studio as an original character, she stands in a cemetery at the end of a long night, cigarette at her lips and the job already finished.

Composed, Not Cornered

Vyra Studio built this one around restraint. Her head is tipped back and her eyes half-lidded, two fingers holding a cigarette against her mouth in the pose of someone taking a moment rather than someone under threat. The long-barrelled suppressed pistol hangs forgotten at her hip, muzzle down, her hand loose on the grip. Everything devotional in the sculpt sits slightly askew: the halo floats behind her as a bare open ring, the veil spills into long loose hair, and a crucifix hangs at her collar above a habit cinched at the waist and slit high at the leg. She stands on cracked flagstones ringed by spiked cemetery railings, a weathered gothic cross at her shoulder, with guttering candles and a bare skull at her feet. The drapery carries the piece, deep folds running through the veil and skirt into a train pooling behind her boots, and the portrait rewards a close look.
