She would like to know whether you find her pretty. This Meg Mucklebones figure model kit, sculpted by Diklich Art, captures the swamp hag of Legend, played by Robert Picardo under heavy prosthetics, rising waist-deep from the bog with both clawed hands reaching for whoever wandered too close.
Rising Out of the Bog
Meg is sculpted mid-lunge, hunched forward with her head cocked and her mouth open on a crooked set of fangs. The face is all age and rot: a long hooked nose, pointed ears, deep folds around sunken eyes, and thin hair hanging wet across her brow and shoulders. Her fingers end in long curved talons, one hand raised high and the other reaching low. Ropes of swamp weed hang from her shoulder and down her torso, knotted with bulbous growths, and more of it trails from her raised forearm. She stands waist-deep in still water on a round base scattered with lily pads, reeds and a bundle of bound logs, with the Diklich Art name lettered on the rim at the back.
