Julles Modelado catches the entity as it sheds its human disguise — the ruffled Victorian collar and silk-buttoned motley still clinging to a body becoming something else entirely. Tattered wings of stretched membrane unfurl behind him, ribbed and barbed like a nightmare's own. His domed brow and slicked hairline crown a face split by a fanged, ecstatic snarl, while taloned bird-of-prey feet grip a gnarled dead branch as he launches skyward.
