The horror of this sculpt lives in the neck. Julles Modelado has taken the whole rotation as a physical fact and let the body register it: the throat strains and wrings, the flesh gathers in a hard fold above the collar, and the long hair sweeps across one shoulder as if it has only just stopped moving. The face is meticulous and thoroughly awful — pupil-less white eyes under a knotted, furrowed brow, deep splits and clawed scratches raked across the cheeks and the bridge of the nose, cracked and swollen lips pulled back off small stained teeth, and the skin worked in a fine, blistered surface texture that will drink up washes. Below it, the nightgown is the sculpt's quiet triumph: a diamond-quilted yoke gathered into a ruffled band, soft puffed sleeves, and long even folds falling to the bottom of the bust — clean, innocent tailoring under a face that has stopped being a child's. The classical plinth completes it, carrying a relief of the winged Mesopotamian demon on the front panel with matching reliefs to either side. Genuinely unsettling, and a standout among collectible resin figures and premium resin models.
