Something has been feeding in the shallows. Predator of the Lagoon is a figure model kit from Polymind Studio: an original, updated take on the classic Creature from the Black Lagoon, crouched over a fresh kill on a mud bank with the water still running off it.
Gill-Man, Reworked
Polymind Studio keeps the silhouette collectors know and rebuilds everything on it. The Creature squats low over a dead alligator, one clawed foot pinning its head and the other planted on its back, while a webbed hand reaches forward with the claws spread. The whole body is layered in plated scales with fin ridges running down the arms, spines along the crest and jaw, and a fanned gill frill framing the head. The base is a slab of lagoon mud slumping over its edges, with weed and shell scattered up its sides and water drooling off the lip.
Kit Options
Two heads are included: a snarling portrait with the jaw wide and the needle fangs bared, and a closed-mouth portrait with the lips drawn tight over the teeth. Build it mid-roar or quietly watching the shoreline.
