All Sash, Hat and Bluster
The character is built out of civic props and the sculpt catches every one of them: the tall stovepipe hat with its wide brim, the MAYOR rosette pinned across his lapel, the spider knotted at his throat in place of a bow tie, and the megaphone raised in one gloved hand. A fine waffle weave is worked across the coat, the sleeves and the hat, with the ribbed trousers running down to two small shoes. His face carries the spiral cheeks and the wide banded grin. He stands on the same circular cobblestone base as the rest of the Halloween Town run, with pumpkins, a wrapped present and a jack-in-the-box behind the film's logo headstone.
